  Stephen and Dolly did an outstanding job in removing troublesome squirrels that had nested in our chimney.  From the moment I called, Stephen was prompt, professional and is clearly an expert in dealing with wildlife removal. Stephen advised on how best to seal off entry points, and this work was completed the same day, providing added peace of mind. Overall I could not be happier with Mr Mann Pest Services.   Stephen fixed an ongoing problem I had with a very unusually situated and hard to find wasps nest inside the fabric of my property, then dealt with an associated infestation that inhabited the nest after the wasps were killed by a previous pest controller. Prior to engaging Stephens services I used several other pest controllers that failed to deal with the issue, some who didn't want to return as the job was far from simple. Stephen's attitude was to deal with the problem, not just turn up, do a little, get paid and go, as some previous pest controllers had done.
